What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in at Aparthotel Amella is from 15:00, check-out is until 12:00.
The hotel offers a luggage room for guests to store their luggage.

Early check-in and late check-out is available per additional cost and upon availability.

Is parking available for guests of Aparthotel Amella?

The parking lot is available to the guests of the Aparthotel Amella with prior reservation.

Parking during costs EUR 15 per night. We also offer a remote control for our parking gate in exchange for a EUR 30 deposit [returned after check-out].

Charging an electric car costs EUR 35 per charge.

Is it possible to book a transfer from or to Riga International Airport?

Aparthotel Amella offers a transfer from and to Riga International Airport. It can be requested by contacting the administration of Aparthotel Amella.

The price for one way from or to Riga International Airport for up to 4 people is EUR 35 ; up to 7 people is EUR 45.

Can pets be accommodated in the apartment?

Aparthotel Amella is a pet-friendly hotel. We always welcome guests with our four-legged friends.

It should be noted that a one-time payment of EUR 15 will be charged for each night per one pet.

What kind of additional services I can get in Aparthotel Amella?

Aparthotel Amella offers various types of SPA treatments as massages for guests. Individual and couple massages can be booked, as well as seasonal massages, for more information, ask the administration.

The reservation can be made before checking in at the hotel, or at the administration of Aparthotel Amella. For available times and prices, get in touch with administration.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Aparthotel Amella is non-smoking in all apartments. If this rule is violated, the penalty is EUR 300.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas, subject to internal rules. Please note that smoking is not allowed within 10 metres of the hotel’s entrance door.

Is there a passenger lift in the hotel?

The hotel’s apartments are arranged in two blocks, “A” and “B”. The reception is located in the first block, “A”. A passenger lift is available in each of the blocks.

Are there possible to access hotel with wheelchair?

Unfortunately, due to the hotel’s ancient architecture, wheelchair access became impossible during the renovation process. Access is difficult from the main entrance and from the stairways in the apartments.

Which nearby restaurants would you recommend?

On the website of the hotel you can visit the “Surroundings” section, in this section, on the map, we recommend you to select the “Restaurants and Bars” section, where you will be able to find recommended restaurants and lounges of the Aparthotel Amella.

Can I request an additional bed?

Hotel are pleased to offer additional bed options in select higher class accommodations, including our Standard, Superior, Executive, and Deluxe apartments, as well as Two bedroom apartments.

For guests requiring extra sleeping arrangements, we provide the opportunity to convert couches into comfortable beds. Depending on the apartment, some units feature single sleeper couches, while others offer couches that can accommodate up to two guests, ensuring flexibility and comfort for larger parties or families during their stay with us.

Is there wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) available?

High speed wireless internet is offered for free throughout the hotel; whether it be apartments, lobby area or nearby parking area. Guests can connect it with password available in hotel reception or apartments.

Wi-Fi connection is free of charge.
