Important to consider:

The number of apartments and nights shown on the Gift Card can be chosen at the buyer’s choice 75.00 – 160.00 EUR/night.
In case of lost or stolen Gift Card, they will be unlocked and the amount will not be refunded.
The Gift Card can be used only for accommodation services at Aparthotel Amella.
The Gift Card cannot be used to prepay for accommodation reservations at Aparthotel Amella.

GIFT CARD
1.1. The Gift Card provides Aparthotel Amella, registered in the Commercial Register of Companies of the Republic of Latvia as “Heinike Nams” Ltd., Reg. No. 44103133346, legal address: Emīlijas Benjamiņas iela 8, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”).
1.2 Gift Card means a paper card designed by the Hotel and assigned an individual number, which can be used to receive accommodation services at Aparthotel Amella.
1.3 The Gift Card may be purchased by any physical or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”).
1.4 The number of apartments and nights indicated in the Gift Card may be chosen by the Purchaser at his/her own choice 75.00 – 160.00 EUR/per night.
PURCHASE OF GIFT CARD
2.1 The purchaser may buy a Gift Card at the Hotel Reception of Aparthotel Amella, 8 Emilia Benjamiņa Street, Riga, LV-1050, as well as by sending a request by e-mail and picking up at the Gift Card at the Hotel Reception of Aparthotel Amella.
2.2. Upon receiving the Gift Card and the receipt, the Purchaser shall check the amount of the Gift Card with the amount indicated on the receipt issued to the Purchaser; if no discrepancies are found, the Purchaser shall sign the terminal receipt confirming that the amount of the Gift Card is correct.
2.3. The purchase of the Gift Card is payable by bank card, cash or by prepayment by bank transfer in accordance with the invoice issued by the Hotel. No other Gift Card may be used to pay for the Gift Card.
2.4. The Gift Card price is equal to the Gift Card amount (face value). No commission will be charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.
2.5. The purchase of the Gift Card shall become conclusive and the Gift Card shall not be changed from the moment when the Purchaser has received the Gift Card.
USE OF GIFT CARD
3.1. The Gift Card is automatically activated at the time of purchase and can be used immediately after purchase.
3.2. The Gift Card cannot be increased.
3.3. The Gift Card may be used by the Purchaser, or by any other user – physical or legal person to whom the Purchaser has given the Gift Card.
3.4. The Gift Card can be used only for accommodation services at Aparthotel Amella.
3.5. The Gift Card cannot be used for prepayment of reservations for hotel accommodation services.
3.6. If the amount of the transaction is higher than the amount of the Gift Card, which is the case if the Cardholder wishes to use the Gift Card for a higher category apartments, the Cardholder shall pay the difference in the amounts determined by the Gift Card retail.
3.7. When using the Gift Card as a method of payment for the used accommodation service in the apartment, the Gift Card will not be returned to the client.
3.8. The Cardholder cannot receive the amount of the Gift Card in monetary terms.
DURATION OF GIFT CARD
4.1. The Gift Card is valid for 12 ( twelve) months, counting from the date of its purchase.
4.2. After the expiration of the Gift Card use term, it shall no longer be usable and shall be considered as invalid.
4.3. The Cardholder, no later than within one month from the expiry of the Gift Card usage validity period, shall have the right to request the Hotel to extend the Gift Card usage term by one month by applying to the Hotel with a written request.
4.4. The Cardholder shall send the extension confirmation request to the Hotel’s Sales and Marketing Department by e-mail, indicating the Gift Card number.
4.5. The Hotel shall consider the Cardholders request for extension of the Gift Card within 5 ( five) working days. If the Hotel decides to accept the Cardholders request, the Gift Card shall be extended by charging the amount of the fee for processing the request of EUR 5 ( five) to the amount of the Gift Card and the confirmation of the extension shall be sent to the e-mail address of the Cardholder from whom the request was received.
OTHER TERMS
5.1. In case of lost or stolen Gift Card, they will be unlocked and the amount will not be refunded.
5.2. Complaints in regards to the Gift Card shall be submitted by the Cardholder in written form no later than within 3 ( three) months from the expiry of the Gift Card usage period, addressed to “Heinike Nams” Ltd, Emīlijas Benjamiņas iela 8, Riga, LV-1050. The Hotel shall consider the received complaints within 30 (thirty) days counting from the day of receipt of the complaint and shall provide the user with a reasoned reply.
5.3. The Hotel shall have the right to process the personal data of the purchasers and Cardholders to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of these Regulations and for the maintenance and operation of the Gift Card System. When processing personal data, the Hotel shall observe strictly the laws and regulations applicable in the Republic of Latvia in the field of protection of personal data.
5.4. All disputes between the Hotel and the Purchaser and/or the Cardholder shall be settled by negotiation. If no mutual settlement is reached, any dispute, controversy or claim shall be settled in court, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
5.5. The Hotel reserves the right to change these Gift Card Terms and Conditions by informing the Purchaser and the Cardholder by posting information on the Hotel’s website www.hotelamella.lv.
5.6. By purchasing a Gift Card, the Purchaser confirms that he/she is informed about the terms and conditions of the Gift Cards and undertakes to inform the Cardholder about these terms and conditions.
